Christmas season

It's the most wonderful time of the year!
The awesome light display at Rhema is a tradition we all look forward to doing each year.Christmas Eve
The "big" cousins on Christmas Eve.

Ryan was using his new drill as a gun. I was shot repeatedly, but miraculously survived.
Christmas morning! Courtney was VERY happy to see her mini laptop.

Dreaming of a White Christmas? Here ya go! Christmas Eve blizzard - really was a blizzard - left some beautiful Christmas morning snow.

Courtney kept falling in the drifts! See her left leg? She's sunk in the drift to her knee.

Backyard sledding

The puppies love their Courtney.

Cassidy got her "cowgirl" boots finally thanks to Memaw and Thomas! Snazzy, huh?

The Christmas Eve blizzard changed our Christmas Day plans from traveling for visiting to staying home and playing. We were able to go visiting in the following days and enjoyed the whole weekend of celebrating Christmas. Sledding on Christmas Day is something I don't I've ever done before. Cassidy temporarily lost her shoe in a snow drift. That was SO funny. Daddy had to dig for it. Courtney's puppy dogs kept trying to lick her face every time she sat down on her sled. Every time Matt or I would sled, we would run into something. Cassidy would run to us yelling, "Are you okay?" Courtney said she was our little nursemaid. That's the good stuff.

I've already started thinking about our spring get-together - miss you all!
