We braved the icy roads and went to our local Chinese restaurant for dinner last night. It was quite yummy and Cassidy in particular loved it. Egg drop soup and rice for her...yummy! After we got home and Dad built that wonderful fire in the fireplace, the girls were presented with their red envelopes. They REALLY like that part.
Courtney's a little bummed that the Meadors Academy is not cancelling classes today like everyone else in the area. Hopefully the teacher will come up with a fun activity to go along with the 3 R's. We'll take our snow day in May! Stay warm, friends!
